Scape Kingsford is a vibrant, multifunctional student accommodation project that seamlessly blends style and practicality. Our scope covered full interior joinery across communal areas, including kitchens, lounges, dining zones, and study break-out spaces.

The heart of the project lies in the striking shared kitchen, where we delivered custom joinery with terrazzo-look benchtops, bold yellow hand-glazed tile fronts, and integrated appliances. These elements were paired with soft-close drawers and timber grain cabinetry to bring both personality and durability to the high-traffic space.

Throughout the lounge and TV area, we built custom entertainment units finished in satin polyurethane, along with low-profile storage cabinets that run the length of the walls. Bespoke planter boxes and curved joinery elements were integrated to complement the architectural design, softening the industrial elements like exposed concrete and ducting.

We also delivered custom banquette seating and bar areas, designed to support both group activity and solo use, with a strong emphasis on ergonomic comfort and easy maintenance. Scape Kingsford is a prime example of how bold colour, material layering, and custom joinery can be combined to create an engaging, modern living environment for students.
