How It Works

How It Works

01

Consultation &
Scope Definition

We begin with a detailed conversation to understand your project’s requirements, vision, and goals.

  • Review architectural plans or concepts.
  • Discuss functional requirements, finishes, budget and timeline.
  • Site visit (if applicable) to access conditions and logistics.

We then prepare a tailored proposal and detailed quotation so you know exactly what to expect.

02

Design Development & Shop Drawings

Once approved, we move to detailed design and documentation.

  • Work from your supplied architectural or interior design drawings.
  • Develop full shop drawings for joinery manufacturing.
  • Submit shop drawings for your review and formal approval

This ensures every detail is resolved before production begins, avoiding surprises on site.

03

Procurement &
In-House Joinery Manufacturing

With approved shop drawings in hand, our production team takes over.

  • Manufacture joinery in our in-house facility, ensuring quality control at every stage.
  • Integrate any specialist items (stone, glass, metalwork) through our trusted suppliers.
  • Regular production updates and inspections to maintain timeline.

Our vertically integrated approach reduces delays and maintains consistent quality from start to finish.

04

Project Coordination & Site Preparation

Ahead of installation, we manage all logistics to ensure a smooth site experience.

  • Coordinate delivery schedules with our client.
  • Plan access, hoisting, or staging for large items.
  • Ensure WHS compliance for our installation team.

Our goal is zero disruption to your site program and full readiness on arrival.

05

Delivery & Installation

Our experienced team handles the delivery and installation with precision.

  • Deliver joinery securely, on time, and protected.
  • Install joinery elements to exact specifications.
  • Coordinate with other trades for integrated elements.

We understand sites often have tight schedules and high standards. We work seamlessly to meet both.

06

Quality Assurance & Handover

Every project ends with a thorough quality check and formal handover.

  • Final inspection against approved drawings and specifications.
  • Rectify any defects or touch-ups promptly.
  • Provide handover documentation, maintenance and care instructions if required.

We don’t consider the job done until it meets your expectations and ours.
