We partnered with Estia Health to deliver a bespoke joinery package for their St Ives aged care residence, focusing on creating a warm, welcoming, and highly functional environment for residents and staff.

Our scope included the reception area and all common spaces, where we installed feature wall panelling with integrated TV recesses and custom shelving designed to enhance both form and function. A key highlight was the common area fireplace, surrounded by elegant stonework and flanked by beautifully crafted timber shelving — providing a cosy, homelike focal point for residents.

We also delivered tailored joinery for the facility’s kitchens, bar areas, and all bathroom vanities, ensuring durability and ease of use without compromising on style. Every piece was crafted with aged care standards in mind — prioritising accessibility, clean lines, and calming finishes to support comfort and daily living.
